Feb 01, 2016This is not really specific to the XYZ-CNC kit, however it was something I came across while helping Flipside to get his spindle up and running. We both use an Ethernet SmoothStepper (ESS) with our machines, which I highly recommend, however when wiring up the VFD we could not get the spindle to start up. The G540's expects a PWM signal from Mach3, which it converts into a 0-10VDC
